Construction Scotland Industry Open Consultation

These events are open to all in the industry to contribute your views to shape the future of our industry.
Date: 20th November 2017
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Location: University of Glasgow, Senate Room, Glasgow, G12 8QQ

Construction Scotland, the industry leadership group for the construction sector in Scotland, is currently refreshing and updating the industry strategy for construction in Scotland for the next five years, 2018-2023. The strategy will set the context for the industry over the next five years, the priorities for the growth of the construction sector, and our engagement across the industry and with our public sector partners to realise the opportunities for growth and any barriers the industry must address.

In order to ensure the strategy is led and owned by the industry, we are running a series of open industry events across Scotland in 2017 and 2018. These events are open to all in the industry to contribute your views to shape the future of our industry – how we address the challenges, capitalise on the opportunities, drive improvement from within and raise awareness of the importance of the construction industry to the Scottish economy.

The first two consultation events will be held in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with more to follow in the new year, and we very much welcome your attendance and contribution. To view details of the Edinburgh session click here
