This event will cover the client requirements throughout the BIM process & how to ensure the client gets what they need.

BIM Implementation for Clients

This event will cover preparing the various Information Requirements documents, including organisation, design, construction and asset management requirements from the client’s point of view, and how to check clients get the information they need and want.

We will look at formats of data delivery for client approval at key stages, and handover information for asset management; how to assess tendering teams in terms of their BIM capabilities; and reviewing a BIM Execution Plan to ensure it will deliver the brief requirements.


Attending a “BIM Awareness” or the “e-Learning Awareness” module will be essential in advance of the event.
