BIM in Practice was the centre's programme for learning, collaborating on and implementing building information modelling (BIM). In its renewed form it offered:

• Free events: seminars, workshops and conferences for every level of BIM knowledge, including a series of BIM breakfast briefings.
• E-learning: a platform with unlimited access to bespoke online learning videos.
• Expertise: resources and one-to-one advisory sessions with industry experts.
• Discounted Innovation Factory membership for participants taking the full package.
• Project support from the centre's business relationship team.
