Prepare

  • Access our resources (previous students, inspiration)

Apply

  • Use the application form to apply (deadline October 2020)
  • Shortlisted applications will be interviewed

Starting your MSc

  • Kick-off session with CSIC to discuss your research topic and industry partner
  • Industry partner scoping session
  • Meet our other Masters students

During your MSc

  • Work with your chosen industry partner
  • Access mentors from our wider network
  • Attend and be involved in CSIC events and workshops
  • Be connected to experts across the sector
  • Connect with other Masters students

After your MSc

  • Present your Masters findings to CSIC and your industry partner and provide a case study
  • Be involved in the CSIC alumni network
  • Apply to be a CSIC Innovation Champion
  • Mentor other students
  • Be involved in industry engagement and events
Not only has this scholarship, provided me with an opportunity to cover my tuition fees, but it has also allowed me to make contacts within industry. CSIC undoubtedly helps this and opens many doors for students through encouraging them to make contact with companies and providing an opportunity for students to impress possible employers though their research
