Be Covid Smart: the free COVID-19 training for construction

Be Covid Smart was a free training and awareness programme for COVID-19-safe working and learning in construction. It set out to:

• educate people working on sites, in homes or in places of learning through online training;
• encourage safe working and learning across the industry;
• empower workers to call out unsafe behaviour.

The format was an immersive, quiz-based toolkit with 360-degree scenes, usable on a phone, tablet or laptop. It was promoted during Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2021, when colleges and employers were bringing apprentices back on site.
